We offer individual therapy and couples therapy for adults.
Our work focuses on supporting clients with concerns such as anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. We provide a collaborative, supportive space to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful, lasting change.

New York Psychology Collective is in network with Aetna. For all other insurance plans we function as an out-of-network practice. Many plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services, typically covering 30%–80% of the session fee.
We provide monthly superbills for you to submit to your insurance company and offer a complimentary benefits check during your consultation to help you better understand your coverage and any potential costs. Our goal is to make this process as simple and transparent as possible so you can focus on your care.

Our standard fee is $200 for a 52-minute individual session and $300 for couples therapy.
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. We provide monthly superbills and are happy to guide you through this process.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $200 cancellation fee. If we’re able to reschedule your session within the same week, the fee will be waived.
Please note that cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your care.
This estimate outlines the anticipated cost of services for clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance. You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before or during treatment.
